Time to Pet Happiness Score

At Hearts at Home Pet Sitting, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch care for your beloved pets. But, how do we know if we’re meeting (or exceeding) your expectations? That’s where an exciting new feature from our pet sitting software, Time to Pet, comes in. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve implemented this innovative feature to gather real-time feedback from you, our valued clients. The Time to Pet Happiness Score is a simple yet powerful tool that allows us to seamlessly capture your thoughts and feelings about our services, ensuring we’re always delivering the best possible care to you and your pet(s.)

How Happiness Scores are Collected

Now that we have enabled Time to Pet’s Happiness Score feature, post-visit reports will include a link inviting you to share your feedback. This link will be included in post-visit reports sent via email and through the Time to Pet Client App. It is not currently available for updates sent via text.
By clicking the link, you’ll have the option to leave a positive, neutral, or negative reaction to the visit. There’s also space for you to add comments if you’d like to provide additional details. This process takes just a few seconds but provides us with invaluable insights into your experience with Hearts at Home Pet Sitting.

What the Happiness Score Represents

Time to Pet aggregates all client feedback into a Happiness Score for both our company as a whole and for individual staff members. This score, ranging from 0 to 100, gives us a clear picture of how we’re doing overall and helps us identify areas for improvement.

Here’s how it works:

– Positive ratings add 100% of the total possible points to the score

– Neutral ratings add 50%

– Poor ratings add 0%
Of course, we’re committed to maintaining a high Happiness Score, and your feedback is crucial in helping us achieve and maintain this goal.
